Project manager postings vary by environment. Software delivery roles may ask for Agile, Scrum, Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination. Certifications can be important filters for project roles. If the posting asks for PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma, ITIL, or specific compliance knowledge, put matching credentials near the top. Tools also matter, but do not let a tool list replace project evidence. Jira matters because it supported delivery, not because it appears alone in a skills cloud.
