The short version of how payments and cancellation work.
Basic ($9/month) and Pro ($29/month) are subscriptions that renew automatically every month through secure checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. There are no annual plans, and no plan grants lifetime access.
You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing page (sign in, then Manage subscription), or from the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops all future charges.
Your paid access continues through the end of the month you have already paid for. When that period ends, paid features lock and the account returns to the Free plan. Your account stays available, and you can upgrade again whenever you want.
You can delete your account entirely from your account page (sign in, then Delete account). That removes your profile and everything stored with it, including documents, applications, and saved jobs. Payment records are kept as required for accounting.
